My rating: 5 of 5 stars

All I can say is WOW! Well, not exactly true, I have much more to say....LOL In the words of "Steven Tyler" as said on "American Idol" --This book is so great, "it is a full and complete sentence!" She brought everything together beautifully. It was pure Wicked Loveliness! It seemed that everything just came around full circle in such a believable and exciting way. The book is quite the page turner. It switches between each of the main characters POV's. It has a few amazing twists that are very shocking. Throughout the whole story I have fell in love with the Summer King, the dark Kings and the Shadow King at different times, but with this final book I found myself loving them all at the same time! Melissa's writing allows you to picture exactly what is happening down to characteristics of each person. I was very satisfied by the ending although not what I thought it would be at all. :) I finished it last night and I am still thinking about it today. It was the last thing on my mind when I fell asleep and the first thing on my mind this morning. I love it when a story is able to really seep into you so much that the feelings and the characters linger with you long after reading the story.

If I could say one thing negative at all about this book, it would be :SPOILER ALERT, SPOILER ALERT, warning if you havent read the book , don't read this next section of my review until you do.

It would be that, I didn't feel like I got quite enough closure for Niall, Irial and Leslie. I know Seth kinda tells you the threads he sees but I want, I NEED to know if and / or when is she going to come to the dark court completely and commit to one of them and who would that be? My guess would be Niall but I know she loves Irial to, but her love for Irial seems more caring for a family member. Her love for Niall seems like a real passionate soulmate kind of love. I am so hoping that the next short story Melissa releases (becuz I am pretty sure there is one more she has promised) that it will be to give more closure to their story. "Stopping Time and Old Habits" were both about Niall so we can only hope. Plus I wouldn't mind seeing more from Devlin either.

Spoiler Alert OVer, you can read this next section:

Awesome , Awesome, Awesome! Brilliant story from book one to book final along with all the short extra stories. This is one of my top book series. Melissa has set the standard HIGH for YA Faery books. I am not sure it can get any better than this. :) Thanks Melissa for sharing your beautiful, wicked, lovely story with the world! Cant wait for the films! eeeeeekkkk.... :O

The Blood ConfessionThe Blood Confession by Alisa M. Libby

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I liked this book. It wasn't the kind of book that I couldn't wait to pick up and read but when I did, I was glad to be reading it. It is a historical fiction about Elizabeth Bathory, whom some people think that Bram Stoker developed his Dracula character from. I can say it is a def. possibility. The story starts out with Elizabeth held captive for crimes. It flips back and forth from current day to how she became captive. I am not sure how much is fiction and how much at it is facts, but it is a really interesting story. I plan to research a little bit more to find out what they really did know about her.

One thing that I thought is that the author would have made me feel for the character, but I never really did? Maybe it was how it was written and the author never intended that, or maybe I am heartless? LOl

In my opinion, this book is not for a younger crowd. It is bloody and gory at times and lots of death scenes. I don't think it is a necessary read, but if you like historical fiction, mixed in with a little scariness, you will enjoy this.

Ally Carter's "Only the Good , Spy Young"

THE GALLAGHER GIRL SERIES HAS THE CUTEST BOOK TITLES EVER! :D
Don't Judge a Girl by Her Cover (Gallagher Girls, #3)Don't Judge a Girl by Her Cover by Ally Carter

I am so totally addicted to the Gallagher Girl books. They make me feel like a young girl when I read them, the characters feel like your friends. It just reminds me of being young, innocent and trying to figure out the male species! LOL Even though these girls are secretly attending a girls school for spies, I could still really relate to these girls. It also feeds that certain something inside of probably every girl, to have a little danger and excitement in their life and to have two identities, kinda like a super-hero. Young school girl by day, top secret agent at night!

This series is drew me in, I actually listened to the audios and will probably continue to do so, becuz the lady who does them is great. She does all the different character voices. I listen on my way to work (hour drive to and from), and I feel like I have friends in my car with me!

I can't wait for book 5 in 2012, the series really has a mystery to it and I feel like their is going to be a lot of adventure and hopefully romance! YAY!

Ally Carter's writing is so fun and imaginative. I don't like the typical guy - spy - action - movie but Ally makes spies seem fun with a little danger added in. She almost has you wanted to try some of the spy exercises to see if you could be undetected!

I would recommend these books to anyone. They actually remind me too of a Disney Movie, like Lizzie McQuire and Even Stevens. If you have ever watched them and loved them, you will love this series. I picture Cammie as Lizzie! LOL

Don't miss this great series, it is also very clean for tweenies and older! I am 42 and LOVE them!

BeastlyBeastly by Alex Flinn

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

LOVED this book! I can't wait for the movie. The ending was not what i expected either, I thought I would maybe be bored reading this book becuz of knowing the "beauty and the beast" story, but I was NEVER bored! The storyline keeps progressing and flowing really nicely. I fell in love with Kyle. This book has some interesting characters and lots of beauty.

If there was anything negative to say , there was a few times that the main girl character was alittle too childlike. For example (no spoilers here) she doesnt know how to make a snowman or sled ride?I dont ever remember anyone having to teach me how to make a snowman or ride a sled, it seems like that kinda thing comes naturally. so that was kinda wierd.

but otherwise, a must read. This book wont take u very long either, it is pretty short.

Old Habits : Melissa Marr

My rating: http://www.blogger.com/%3Ca%20href= of 5 stars

Oh MY! I can not get enough of the "Wicked Lovely" world and its characters! This book is mainly about what Irial and Niall were doing after Niall taking over the dark court (unwilling , of course at this point) I really love that Melissa Marr is putting out all these short stories, it allows so much more time in the world that we can spend! Every book Niall is sexier and sexier LOL and Irial too! If u love a GOOD, but BAD boy, these are the books for you!

Cant wait for Darkest Mercy. I was at the "smart chicks kick it tour" and met Melissa Marr and she told me that the character that she thinks will be picked for Niall is awesome and that I would love him! eeeekkkkk....... :D

Wicked Lovely is a definetly MUST read. When u start reading the series , it can be a little confusing until u get used to the fey world, if u have any questions , please send me a message on goodreads, becuz I would love to discuss it with you.

Happy Reading :)

Matched (Matched #1)Matched by Ally Condie

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I LOVED this book. Disney got the rights to turn it to film and I cant wait. Some people seem disappointed that Disney has it, but I think it is awesome. Disney has the money to put behind it and Disney made "Pirates of the Caribean" which is awesome and has many great effects.

This book reminded me of Hunger Games , but only when it comes to the government that is called the Society. Otherwise , the storyline is entirely different and unique. Atleast, I have never read anything like this story. It starts out very interesting from the beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book. The last third of the book I refused to put it down until I had read to the end! LOL I had to know how it ended. There will be two other books coming in this series and i am anxious to get them. I like where the author choose to end the first book but it def. makes u hungry for more!

The cover is beautiful and the green dress has special meaning in the story which i love. So many times the cover doesnt make any connection to the book, but this very much does!

A MUST read!
